I'm home for the spring semester so I can earn more money. Somedays I wish I was in Rexburg with all my friends and other days I'm glad I'm in Maryland because of the humidity and warm weather. Buy, you can't have both so I'll keep doing my work at home.

The Caption Says: Gossip Dragonfly

Thought to be a rumor, this dragonfly has been in high schools and business offices. With the ability to record messages, it will then buzz around the ears of humans playing the words it hears. The life of the insect is as long as the gossip is still chattered about.

I've been waiting to use the these jellyfish I keep drawing. I think its fun how they entangle themselves making it an intricate pattern and complex rhythm.

So... I don't like it. lol. I liked the design and sketch but then when I had to add  alot of paint, it started to look gross. But, that is the technique for this week. More Improvement Coming!

So I actually really enjoyed doing this piece. I want to do some many more things like some decoration on the white strip of the house (lace) and add more textures to objects.

I used a hand for this piece because no matter what amazing work is done with our hands, they are flawed and nothing they make can be perfect.

This is an illustration for a class (intro) and I'm pretty excited to try this again. I've got a fish fetish, too many days at the pet store!

SO I, started it this picture with alot of ideas and things I wanted to put in it. The end product is a woman climbing to her window  of opportunity.

So I changed the hue as suggested. I totally think it helps the composition. Now I have to get my project done for tomorrow...oh joy.

He's on his last hour, and soon that leaf will fall. His world will have taken his beauty to smog the sky.
